А то у меня получается :
   -перехожу по ссылке;
   -нахожу ссылку <<Get your file here>> нажимую и ...

К сожалению ничего подобного у меня не открывается.
Зато открывается окно в котором "кто-то ругается" на мой IP (судя по моим не очень большим познаниям в английском).
Может быть кто-нибудь знает как решается эта проблема ?

Спасибо , уже скачал.
Правда другим способом : пришлось прописать другой прокси-сервер в настройках IE.
И только после этого мне "разрешили" скачивание.Так что при аналогичных проблемах можно взять на заметку.
